InnLink Reservation and Transaction Fees
All fees associated with reservation revenue resulting
from confirmed bookings through voice, electronic (GDS
and Pegasus third party websites) and booking engine
(www.guesthouseintl.com, www.settleinn.com,
www.shoneysinn.com, etc.). All transaction fees related
to reservations confirmed through the GDS and
Pegasus third party websites.
Signature Training*
All monthly fees resulting from participation in our
exclusive version of Signature's Sales & Service training
program.
Lanyon RFP Program
Lanyon's RFPpublisher enables your hotel to compete in
a cost effective manner for a larger share of the
business travel market. You get faster processing power
and more visibility and revenue potential through the
consortia and corporate bidding process.
REVassist / Rubicon Competitive Shopping Program
All set up charges to implement this competitive shopping
program. All monthly costs associated with the program
that included 3 shops of the property's competitive set for
21 days into the future.
CALLassist
The ability to forward all reservation calls from the
property to the InnLink call center. The property is
responsible for the charges associated with the telephone
number at the property level (any local or
toll free line used).
Expedia QuickConnect
InnLink provides a direct connect with Expedia giving the
property to ability to manage rates and availability with
Expedia's merchant model program through their
interfaced PMS or RESmatrix. This connection also
includes hotels.com.
Sabre Hotel
Upsell
A program designed for Sabre travel agencies to
automatically offer a guest confirming a reservation
one of the higher-end rooms at a property. This program
usually requires an enrollment fee and
higher commissions per reservation.
TACS Automated Data Feed*
The automatic population of the Perot Systems TACS
program database. The transaction fees associated with
processing ($.50 or $.10)
*Not included: 1. The payment of travel agent commissions for confirmed reservations , estimated cost – 10% of room revenue confirmed on
reservations sourced from a travel agent or travel agent website. 2. The hardware necessary to operate the AutoClerk property management
system - estimated cost - $5,000 - $8,000. 3. AutoClerk - The initial training required to operate the AutoClerk property management of
approximately $1900, plus travel expenses. SoftHotel – initial training included, done remotely. 4. Signature - Initial program installation fees
of approximately $1600 to $2900 depending upon program version selected. |
